How To Return An Item
All returns must be in its original unused and untampered condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email support@buygiftfor.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to our official address listed in contact us page   
3. Tell us why by written letter, along with your original receipt the reason for your return.

Return Exceptions


Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or amended will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in like-new condition, you may exchange your product for a alternate colour or size. In this scenario , a restocking fee will not apply in this case, but return shipping will apply.

Credit Card Charges

When you place your order, your credit card will be debited. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, BuyGiftFor.com will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The shipping rate charged for your order is based on the weight of your products, your location around the world. Before any charge is put on your credit card, you will be shown what the final cost of shipping will be, and if you decide it is too much, you can decide not to proceed with your order.

Back Orders

If we do not have an item, it goes on back order.  Once we have an item in our warehouse, we will ship you any available part of your order that is in stock. When the item returns to our warehouse, it becomes available and we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
